Drew out on loan as well should also free up a few £££££

Dependent on what Plymouth are paying towards his wages...not guaranteed to be paying all of it.

I`d like to see a good solid CB come in.

We've got 4 CBs at present....cant see us signing another one

Collins from Sheff utd is highly rated by no less than Brian the Blade :D and I thought their displaced RB, Allcock, looked very useful at our place

He was trying to offload him, someone else and about 20p to us for Doyle during one of his Football Heaven ego trip calls a while back.

Played well, not quite up to Saturday's level but still influential. These last two games suggest he is getting back to being a real asset to the team. He can hit a decent deadball and is one of the few in our squad who I have any belief in when shooting from distance. What he is also offering is quick, one touch passing which is giving us the ability to play the ball through midfield.

If he now plays to his potential we will have the best goalscoring attacking 3 - Roberts, Banks, Clucas - in the league, and that includes Preston. I thought he got stuck in last week as well. He had to withstand being taken out when he made that chance for Harrison and he could easily have neshed it.
Get it on, bang the gong , get it on

They will be paying a good portion of it, so it frees up some money, and wouldn't you want a player like Margrietter back?

I agree- if we are not pushing for the play offs realistically after being 5th in January we all may as well give up

A lot of us think the club gave up on the play offs the day Doyle was given away.

Those that are clambering after 50+ points to stay up may as well not bother going to the games as they have no ambition in my view. Yes, we'd have all took that at the beginning of the season especially after what happened last time we were in this division, but the goalposts have moved a long way since the start of the season there isn't a cat in hells chance we'll go down. Yes we could end up quite easily in the bottom half of the league come the end of the season and we also could end up with a playoff spot. So let’s forget the bottom four (it isn’t going to happen) and get behind the lads for a playoff push. I'm sure the players believe they're good enough and can do it, so not to have half the fan base behind them isn't what they need. I can't imagine Cookie sending them out saying another couple of wins and you be safe from relegation or that a mid table finish looks good and is on the cards. I'm confident he and the players have the playoffs firmly in focus and where we end up at the end of the season is where we end up, though I'm 100% confident they are going for it, so why aren't the fans? All this talk of relegation is just pessimistic and defeatist.

Come on, we’ve already won the mind games against one of our possible playoffs opponents and I could see a fourth win there in a season if we were to meet again, now that really would be something special!

This league is very tight take a look, and what 50+ points does is take the pressure off. Your comment about not going is offensive I have watched this club for the best part of 50 years please do not question my commitment. It was said at the start of the season that it would be one of consolidating and then we would push on. I am a shareholder I know whats happening financially just like the rest of you but what ever reason Doyle was sold for that is for our chairman to know. In my time we have once pushed for Championship football It didnt work and if 50+ points keeps us in with a crack at it again next season so be it if that doesnt make me committed and I should stay away sorry you will be disappointed.
Can't salute yer can't find a flag if that don't suit yer that's a drag

Are we getting anyone in??

What with nando and gardner out on loan ...duffy sent back...there should be funds available. ..so are we in for anyone and if so what position needs most attention. ...maybe a left back.....Don't know depends on jonesy's injury......

See Fleetwood have signed another player from ilkeston, Akil Wright, for an 'undisclosed but sizeable fee'. Interesting move
