I understand that Dave Allen has been paid his remaining funds from the SWFC takeover, the new owner has paid all outstanding funds......apparently!

Wrong. Greens have very little calories in them. If you wanted to give good advice you'd advise me to eat more protein and clean carbs with the odd bit of fat here and there. You're welcome.
