So, did Armand leave the ground early or not? Either way, one or more or the above posters is telling porkys, demonstrating how, in a nutshell, message board gossip should NEVER be relied upon.

Maybe he nipped out to get himself a Big Mac then went back?
Life goes on. Whatever happens.

It would surprise me quite a bit if Armand's next game was for Chesterfield rather than for a club on loan.

Phil

That doesn't disappoint me.

Yes he could of course, but you know as well as me that the reason for the posts is clearly to stir up anti Armand feeling, suggesting a fall out leading to the image of a player leaving the ground early and not being a club man.

So if Armand is possibly going on loan we have Harrison and Mani and Lavery if Wednesday don't fetch him back or are we about to loan someone ? Fascinating this rumour lark 😀

Had to happen.
First time I've seen the very impressive Lavery and assuming he is allowed to stay, I can't see PC changing the style again except as Plan B.

Me too, good running into the channels from Lavery and some clever front play. Doing many of the things Doyle did so well.

Match fitness and sharpness have been the difference maker. First few games he looked off the pace and rather weak in possession. Yesterday he looked a player.
If only....

That sounds to me that you are suggesting he has an agenda

I couldn't possibly comment

Thought he was still quite static and the main reason for the improvement was that his control improved

Good

I don't understand the rush to get him out on loan (well I do really). He needs game time but we also need a squad of players and options.

Surely if we are discussing someone benifiting from going out on loan it should Manny.

Couldn't get today... Am I right in thinking that Morsy kept the armband even though Evo was back?

If so, can we assume anything from this?

 That Morsy is more longterm at the club than Evo.

Not necessarily, not contracted until the end of next season, and morsy will be likely to move on if we aren't showing ambition.

PT discussed it on the podcast stating PC wanted to talk contracts and Armand or his agent are dragging their heels (or to words of that effect) likening the situation to Jimmy Ryan

Wouldn't hurt the lad to get some game time, it helped when he went to Tranmere on loan. Also wouldn't hurt to get Chapman some games as well

Get him some game time??

He's hardly missed a game since his return from that tranmere spell...and scored a shed load......sorry ....scored shed all...good luck to the lad hope he does well where ever he goes.....as long as he goes somewhere soon.

I'll buy that. He's beginning to look like Doyle Mk2 - same movement, same awareness, just remains to be seen if he can lob 'keepers when required.
I don't think Cookie did himself or the lad any favours in playing him when he was obviously struggling for fitness, but he looks the part now, with more to come.

Yep, it looks like composure is a bit lacking at the moment but he's very young. Two footed anawl, unlike Doyle.

So, 39/27 = 1.44 points a game before, then 6 points from 6 games.

45/33 = 1.36 points a game now + £1m in the bank + a replacement. Not a bad fortnight's work.

no it wasn't someone mentioned armand I pointed out he left the ground at half time . I have no agenda against him I wouldn't start him in games but would use him as a sub if we chasing a game for the last 15 to 20 mins
