Richardson may not be the best of Managers but he has a lot of respect for his knowledge of sports psychology, give him some credit for that

He has also been working at Lancashire County Cricket Club in a similar capacity I have seen him at the County Ground Derby on several occassions

I was at a wedding reception at Ringwood Hall and he was staying there when he was our manager ,he took time to have a chat and came across as a very decent bloke.

Nice to see that he's found a good career after playing. Was employed by Big Sam during his time at West Ham.
