Watching repeats of old games is boring

I can assure you when you have dug out an old video player and are watching on video tape matches from 35 to 40 years ago and you have no idea of the scores it is quite an enjoyable experience

The picture is not the quality I am used to but I am amazed the video recorder is still working after all this time

Also no remote and having to physically change the tapes over is also strange but it brings back the memories of how it was back in the day

You young uns ask your parents what I am on about lol

You should have watched the Maradona film. Superb.

Sure was. Tragic the way he ended up.

Fell asleep last night watching Gary Lineker, Shearer and Wrighty drone on about nowt, sack em and get Bob Mortimer and Andy Dawson doing a live Athletico Mince.

Though I’m glad there was something football-related in the MOTD slot, the idea of discussing best Premier League captains or some such dullery led me to watch the Maradona film, which was compelling.
These go to eleven.
