How they sliced us open for their goal is not particularly encouraging... did look the brighter side though. Anyone who had a better view of the pen incident confirm/deny the hand ball? Video footage not convincing but it's a poor angle

It also looked the occasional square pass was needed in front of their goal, rather than the shot straight at the keeper from a tight angle.

Fondop has a history of 1 good game in 10. Probably why he is at this level.

IMO Fondop spends half of his game time asleep. He does something, then just stands still waiting for the ball to come to him. He has very little awareness or ability to anticipate. He has physical strength and aggression, and finishing ability, but spends too much time back on his heels to make the most of his potential.

Any player with all that you mention he has, and the ability to stay switched on, has awareness and anticipation wouldn't be wasting his time flitting from one lower non-league club to another.
