Is there enough volunteers for every entrance?
I don't think 1 volunteer per bucket is required. Just drop the buckets down at the gates with a sign and if any scrotes tried to pinch a bucket, there would be enough genuine folk around to prevent theft

To my knowledge there are currently 2 volunteers, me being 1 of them and Jack's my boy being the other, so we haven't even got 1 per stand let alone 1 per entrance...

That would be a fantastic gesture by the club to get a couple of contracted players not involved in the match day squad to help out.
I've tweeted John Pemberton and said any injured or non playing players will be welcome to help with the collection.

Hardest few weeks that I've ever known in life let alone football but to see the football community come together for the Sinnott family in memory of Jordan is truly touching. It tells it's only story that I've not seen anybody having anything even slightly negative to say about him, he was just a good person who loved his football and to know he isn't with us any more is something it's going to take us all a while to get used to.

It truly is awful, read Jon Stead's take on it this morning

My heart sank as i knew this was going to take some explaining, why was Jordan so young, how do you die from head injuries, why were they fighting etc etc? All the questions I expected from a logical 9 year old trying to make sense of it came and I answered them honestly, age appropriately and as best as I could. It was only as I answered the questions I truly realised how much an utterly pointless and avoidable incident had such affect on many people's lives. The way my son struggled to comprehend what went off really hit home the madness of it all. What a waste.

This was Jordan Sinnott's final game for the club before his untimely passing. We reached out to the Sinnott family for their blessing to share Jordan's most memorable moment in an MTFC shirt with you all.
RIP Sinbad, we love you
Filmed by - Basford United
Produced by James Griffiths

It made me tear up watching this and producing it for the first time, to see the smile on Jordan's face when he bagged the goal that gave him a hat-trick stirs quite the emotion, what a brilliant lad. #Sinnott25
