Ref right to send Donahue off for diving in

Totally utterly unacceptable refereeing to only yellow card their players for what they did. By dragging Hird into the hoardings. At least 4 of their players should have been booked and at least one sent off. Disgraceful behaviour which may come back to haunt them.

Poor behaviour from Walsall players and the ref only booked one of them. I thought I saw Sam Hird throwing a punch, not Donahue

How come majority gets Donohue wrong, including the person who fills the team sheet in every game for the officials.

A person deserves to have their name spelt right, especially someone we support? Not a teacher, I come out of school with an E in English tbh.

Thought their celebrations were pathetic after the second goal and can't believe they didn't get more punishment for it. Never really seen anything like it, 4 players basically rugby scrumming Sam Hird. There was no need to even go near him. Weird bunch.

totally agree, if you look at it initially they run away to celebrate the for some unknown reason collectively run at Hird and drag him off the pitch and oh get away with it

How the frack did no Walsall player get sent off for that? That was absolutely disgraceful....I wonder if something will follow from that!!!

I've watched hird's interview on player and he said the referee told him he didn't see the Walsall players dragging him back whilst they celebrated the goal. The ref is lying then as he quite plainly sees it and runs towards them blowing his whistle and waving his arms as Tommy's trying to get Sam out.

the more I watch it, the more ridiculous I find it that they were allowed to do this, if they are not retrospectively punished for this, the footballing authorities are saying that it is acceptable to celebrate a goal by collectively manouvering an opponent towards their fans.
